Award Winning Runny Honey - Great Taste Awards 2023 - 2 stars

Our summer runny honey with minimal processing.  The bees forage mostly on blackberries, garden, and wild flowers to produce this honey.  All of our honeys are unpasteurised and have as little done to them as possible to get them into a jar.

The Great Taste Award judges had this to say about this honey:

  • Golden honey with excellent viscosity and a wonderful floral aroma with a touch of orange notes. Silky smooth texture releases a well balanced honey rich with floral and citrus notes.
  • Lovely meadow aroma. Wonderful translucent, mid-gold appearance. Quite runny.  Meadow flowers taste-wise. Long, elegant finish, ending on the minerality of honeycomb.
  • This honey offers a fresh, light, summery flavour and taste. It is floral and offers a completeness of taste, with all elements in balance.
