The bees forage on some of the oldest documented woodland in Leicestershire to produce this honey.  A unique, rich flavour.

• Golden honey with good viscosity and a woody citrus aroma. A silky smooth texture releases a flavour profile rich with resin notes - it is distinctive of a woodland honey, fairly dark and rich with flavour though with little citrus lift or complexity.
