This has a heavenly aroma with some mint or water mint menthols. These appear on the palate too, as part of a reasonably varied evolution of flavours. This is, briefly, quite a potent honey, but fades away fairly quickly, not developing a long or complex finish.

A pure, golden honey with high viscosity. The judges found this honey really intriguing - there was a cooling menthol quality to the flavour, reminiscent of throat lozenges. They would have liked more complexity on the finish, as the flavour ended a little abruptly.
