Leicestershire Spring Set Honey - three size options

Our spring set honey with minimal processing.  The bees forage mostly on oil seed rape and hawthorn to produce this honey.  All of our honeys are unpasteurised and have as little done to them as possible to get them into a jar.

The Great Taste Award judges had this to say about this honey:

• This creamy honey has a strong rapeseed nose that is surprisingly passive on the palate and belies the floral and complex flavours. We enjoyed the long finish and the restrained sweetness.
• This has a very satisfying fudgy consistency. We like the light spring flower note which brings a floral quality, and for us is more defined than the oil-seed rape. A hint of wax remains and gives further character – this is honest and very much a honey we would like on our toast.
