Our honey is minimally processed (legally we are not to term it 'raw') and comes from apiaries across 104 square miles of North West Leicestershire, and the very edge of South Derbyshire.  Our bees are mostly situated on organic farmland, rewilded areas, and on farms who are supporting the growing of wildflowers. minimally processed, as little as possible to get the honey from the hive to the jar.
